Not only did they both tell me about the area when looking for a place, for example the best restaurants, shops and entertainment, they showed me the area, essentially giving me a tour of the neighborhoods I was looking at!!
I met with a different realtor from another well-known company a couple of days before meeting with Jane and Adam, their services didn't even compare to Colfax Realty. The company showed me only 3 locations, none of which were in the neighborhoods I had asked to be shown, and for one of the locations I had to wait an hour for a second realtor to show me the property (I had made the appointment with him 5 days earlier, plenty of time to have the appointments lined up.) However, Jane and Adam from Colfax Realty had 10 locations prepared for me to see in one day, all were in fantastic locations and in neighborhoods I was interested in moving to!!
My move to Chicago was made easier thanks to the help of Jane and Adam at Colfax Realty!
