Eileen Cardelle has a Master of Science in International Real Estate, and the national designation of At Home With DIVERSITY, AHWD awarded by the National Association of REALTORS. Eileen has over 25 years of experience in real estate development, management, sales, leasing, advisory and education with a focus on commercial properties including medical, office, retail, industrial and mixed use. She is fluent in English and Spanish with a vast experience in serving local, national, and global clientele.
Currently, Eileen is Director of Real Estate Services and Broker Associate for Colfax Realty International, a full-service real estate firm with high level expertise in local and global real estate.
Eileen for over eight years has been a real estate and finance faculty member and advisor to the real estate student association at Florida International University (FIU) located in Miami, one of the largest public universities in the US.
Eileen’s experiences also include being past Vice President of MIAMI REALTORS, and being employed by Courtelis Company Real Estate Development, Horizon Properties of Miami, Keyes Asset Management, Lennar, Ryder Transportation, AT&T and Humana Healthcare.
Eileen has been interviewed by the South Florida Business Journal, The Miami Herald, South Florida Healthcare News Report, and Miami Today for her collective accomplishments in commercial real estate and teamwork.
Additionally, she is the recipient of several professional and academic national awards, and an active Member of the MIAMI Association of REALTORS, Florida Association of REALTORS, National Association of REALTORS and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Eileen was born in Long Island, New York, and a South Florida resident all her life. Eileen is married, has a daughter, enjoys the arts, travels, biblical studies, sports and is passionate about serving others, education, and improving our global community.
